1. Do I need a consultation?

Yes, all new patients must book an initial consultation. At VAE Medical Aesthetics we consider all cosmetic treatments as medical treatments (and not beauty treatments) and as such all clients will require a consultation with one of our qualified doctors prior to such treatments. You can book an initial consultation here.

2. What treatments do you offer?

As per the TGA regulations of March 2024, we cannot legally advertise a list of all of the cosmetic services. You are welcome to book an initial consultation or request more information via our clinic. You can view a list of some of our available treatments here, in line with TGA regulations.

3. How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please come to your appointment with a clean face free of makeup, skincare and sunscreen. We also kindly ask you leave your little ones at home as we are a small clinic and do not have anywhere for them to wait safely.

4. How do I find you?

VAE is located at The Medical Centre Precinct, Room 3, Lot 1 A Ballina Road, Bangalow, NSW, 2479 (Bookings by appointment). The clinic is next door to Sullivan & Nicolaides Pathology.
